The noncommercial organization Fund of social cultural programs "Province" has been based under the initiative and on the basis of a movie company "MASTER-FILM" in 2001. The Fund " Province " is a realization in Moscow and regions of the Russian Federation of the various social programs directed at educational purposes and activities, at the preservation of national traditions of peoples of Russia, at the support of creative and social cultural initiatives on places.

The Fund conducts holidays and activities for children in the cities of Russia.

One of conducting directions of the Fund is film production.
